The Avalon Cooling Rack is available in two standard sizes. The Half Rack with a (16) pan capacity or the Full Rack with a (32) pan capacity. Both styles are available in two different finishes (Painted/Nickel-or-Stainless Steel). The standard shelf spacing gives you a 3 1⁄4" clearance. All racks are mounted on 3" swivel casters.
