The Avalon Finishing Table is all stainless steel construction and available in many different sizes.  Standard features include a handy top shelf and reinforced undershelf for heavy bulk storage.  1 or 2 drawers with 20" topping bowls.  2 or 4 (8)quart icing bowls with lids.
