Avalon Bins are constructed entirely of Stainless Steel with covered corners and slide on Stainless Steel lids. Each Bin is mounted on heavy-duty 3” non-marking swivel casters. A must for any type of bulk storage.
The Avalon Stainless Steel 2 and3-Compartment Ingredient Bins allow you to separate different types of bulk ingredients easily and conveniently in one transportable unit. The frame and base are constructed of all-welded stainless-steel tubing. Bins are#304 Stainless Steel w/covered corners for easy cleaning, each bin has its own lift-off lid.
The Avalon Shortening Cart and Dolly are constructed of a high polish easy to clean Stainless Steel. Both are mounted on non-marking swivel casters. The Shortening Dolly will hold (2) two 50 lb. shortening cubes, while the Shortening Cart will hold up to (6) six cubes of shortening. All Avalon Bins are constructed entirely of Stainless Steel with covered corners and slide on Stainless Steel lids. Each Bin is mounted on heavy-duty 3” non-marking swivel casters.
